Wild Hearts Psychology is a boutique clinical psychology practice in Gladstone, offering professional and compassionate support to individuals aged 12 and up.

Led by Clinical Psychologist Jess Conroy, the practice provides evidence-based therapy tailored to a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and emotional wellbeing. Jess combines clinical expertise with a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered.

    • $260 per 60 minute session (for in person or Telehealth appointments)

    • Medicare Rebate: $141.85 (with a current mental health treatment plan)

    • Assessments range from $945 - $2500 (see assessment section for more information)

  • Wild Hearts Psychology will charge the full fee for any appointments cancelled within 2 business days of the allocated appointment time or for any ‘no show’ appointments. This fee will be charged to the credit card kept on file. All outstanding fee’s will need to be finalised prior to other appointments being offered.

COST:

  • Pre-assessment screening

  • Online assessments (ABAS, CBCL, SRS)

  • Comprehensive report writing

  • Feedback session

TEST AGE RANGE

  • 6 years +

Brain Display

ATTENTION DEFICIT-HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) ASSESSMENT

COST:

  • $1670 - $2500

INCLUSIONS:

  • Pre-Assessment screening

  • Initial assessment session

  • Online assessment ( may include BREIF, CARRS, Conners or CBCL)

  • 2 Hour assessment interview (DIVA-5)

  • Comprehensive report

  • Feedback session

  • Optional feedback session with school where appropriate.

COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT

COST:

  • $945

INCLUSIONS:

  • Use of one self-report psychopathology assessment (either PAI or PID-5) alongside a comprehensive assessment interview.

Both the PAI & the PID-5 are objective inventories of adult personality that assess psychopathological syndromes and provide information relevant for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and screening for psychopathology.

WORKSHOP & GROUP PROGRAMS

Jess offers a range of engaging workshops and group sessions designed to promote psychological insight, build practical coping strategies, and inspire meaningful personal and professional growth. With over 18 years’ experience in education and extensive training as a Clinical Psychologist, Jess is skilled in translating complex psychological concepts into accessible, real-world tools.

Workshops are tailored to the needs of your group—whether you're seeking support around stress, trauma, burnout, values-based living, emotional regulation, team communication, or psychosocial safety in the workplace.
